Asian Structured Credit
Macau
January 16 - 17, 2020

Description

Now in its second year, IMN's Annual Asian Structured Credit Summit will once again serve as the premier forum for Pacific Rim based investors to meet with both local and overseas issuers of a variety of structured credit including CLOs, covered bonds and asset backed securities. Likewise, Pacific Rim based issuers will have an international investor audience with whom they can market their latest structured credit offering. With the leading securitisation, covered bonds and CLO conferences in both the Europe and the U.S., IMN is uniquely poised to bring together these important stakeholders. Given our inaugural event featured more than 700 registrants, we anticipate the 2020 event to grow in size to over 1,000 registrants. This will firmly establish this conference among the major structured finance events IMN host globally.

Featured Keynote Speaker:

Anthony Neoh
Former Chief Advisor, China Securities Regulatory Commission
Chair, Risk Committee of the Board, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)
Chairman, Independent Police Complaints Council (IPCC)
[View Bio]

The keynote presentation will discuss:
  • The impact of unrest in Hong Kong on market behaviour and international perception
  • The development of both offshore and onshore securitization markets related to Chinese receivables
  • The legislative and regulatory environment in Hong Kong and China

The program will cover the gamut of structured credit product developments in Asia and the Pacific Rim such as the rapidly expanding Chinese ABS market, the well-developed AsiaPAC covered bonds markets, and Australian/New Zealand ABS markets. Conversely, we will also feature the latest U.S. and European CLO product offerings, European and U.S. ABS and MBS, and even Canadian covered bonds. This event truly is the global meeting place for structured credit products issued into, and from the AsiaPAC region. No other event will gather such a diverse cross-section of leading global CLO managers, mortgage and consumer backed securities issuers, covered bonds programme managers, and major onshore institutional investors.

The program is written in consultation with the Asian Structured Credit Summit Leaders’ Forum. The Honored Members of the Leaders’ Forum represent the most active and influential investment bankers, lawyers, issuers and institutional investors cementing the APAC region as a major hub of onshore and offshore structured credit product flow. They serve as key advisors on speaker nominations, topic selection, and overall program direction for Asia’s largest structured credit industry conference, ensuring the content is both timely and relevant to the industry.
