Join us for an insightful look into the future of securitization for a series of weekly interactive virtual workshops this May 21st through June 11th. We will explore the various ways that blockchain, asset digitization, and decentralized finance are disrupting the ABS sector as we know it. From greater transparency, lowered cost of funding, higher yields and greater access to capital, the promise of ABS on the blockchain can benefit both originators and investors. Traditional financial service providers will need to stay ahead of the curve to remain competitive. At IMN, we are dedicated to providing the first ‘look around the corner’ to help the securitization community do just that. We will explain the various levels of disruption to the traditional ABS model, including the difference between digitization of assets, origination on the blockchain, and credit decisions made by a collective (decentralized finance). The workshops are presented in increasing order of complexity and deviation from tradition. Content will be limited and presented in a concise format in order to maximize time for audience Q&A. Join us and bring your sense of curiosity and thirst for knowledge about this emerging frontier of corporate finance.
