Leonard Klehr is Vice Chairman of Lubert-Adler Real Estate Partners, L.P., a private equity real estate firm. Mr. Klehr is responsible for servicing and underwriting new investments in distressed real estate and distressed debt and providing strategic advice and leadership in maximizing value from those assets. Prior to joining Lubert-Adler, Mr. Klehr was the founding partner of Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg, LLP, a leading law firm for business and finance in the Philadelphia region. Mr. Klehr's legal practice, for thirty years, was focused on bankruptcy, reorganization, debt restructuring, finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Klehr holds a J.D. degree from Temple University School of Law and a BA degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
