Mark Romanczuk is a Vice President at Goldman Sachs within the Real Estate Financing Group (REFG), which deploys the firm’s balance sheet on mortgage and mezzanine Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lending opportunities. REFG is also responsible for the firm’s new-issue commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) business and a significant portfolio of CRE assets within Goldman Sachs Bank USA. Mark’s primary responsibilities include capital markets activities related to the structuring, pricing and distribution of high yield debt and the sourcing and structuring of CRE debt investments for the firm’s balance sheet. Mark earned a BA from Stanford University in 2006 majoring in Economics.
