Tricia McKitty is a Structured Transactions Director in Single-Family Portfolio Management at Freddie Mac. Ms. McKitty facilitates deals primarily related to servicing rights transfers on a negotiated basis and also supports financing transactions.
She has over 10 years of experience in the residential mortgage industry. Prior to joining Freddie Mac in 2012, Ms. McKitty was a Vice President in the Fixed Income Division of Morgan Stanley, where she managed and negotiated transactions for the purchase and sale of residential mortgage loans and related matters. Ms. McKitty previously practiced corporate law, representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Duke University, a J.D./L.L.M. from Duke University School of Law, and an MBA from The Wharton School.
