Arianne Collette is an Executive Director and the Global head of the Sales Strategy team within Bank Resource Management, a Sales and Trading division at Morgan Stanley. In her role, she is responsible for engaging with external clients on strategic initiatives pertaining to market structure, trading strategies, and regulatory implementation for securities financing transactions. Arianne regularly speaks at conferences and on industry panels regarding the SFT landscape as well as benefits of and advancements in SFT clearing.
She is the cofounder and global Tri-Chair of the Women in Securities Finance, an group established to create a community to foster connections and promote the growth of women in the securities finance industry. Arianne is the global Chair of the Morgan Stanley BRIDGE program, a program that provides resources to those within the firm focusing on development, guidance and enrichment.
Prior to launching the Sales Strategy team, Arianne was the regional head of the Resource Optimization team responsible for optimization and strategy for both centrally cleared and uncleared Firm trading activity for all cash, derivative and securities financing transactions. Prior to this, she was the North America Head of Trading and Execution for the Firm Secured Funding desk, trading both Fixed Income and Equity products. Previous to this, she was a trader on the Securities Lending desk covering hedge fund clients. Arianne has over 15 years of experience in Securities Financing at Morgan Stanley.
Arianne earned her bachelor's degree in Finance from Villanova University.
