Tom Adams joined BDS Analytics in 2016 as managing director of its Industry Intelligence group. Tom has several decades experience at the cutting edge of financial and market research, forecasting the growth of some of the fastest growing industries ever. He began his career as senior analyst of new media technologies at Paul Kagan Associates. He founded Adams Media Research to focus on the impact of the digital technologies like the internet on media business models, consulting with the largest firms in Silicon Valley, Hollywood and Wall St. Prior to turning his attention to the cannabis industry, he served as managing director of the Technology Group at Markit IHS after the $20-Billion research conglomerate bought AMR in 2010.
