Tom Hallock

Tom is currently the Chief Lending Officer at Genesis Capital, where he oversees loan, borrower, and portfolio approval process.  
 
Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate finance and marketing from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration in finance and management from California Lutheran University. 
 
He has worked in commercial lending for over 30 years and has been involved in construction lending for more than 25 years. Tom has been an executive or officer at various lenders, including Montecito Bank and Trust; Countrywide Credit Corporation; Indy Mac Bank, Construction Lending Corporation of America; and Affinity Bank. He has previously managed construction and unfinished commercial real estate projects for the FDIC and oversaw the transition of relationships of $12 billion in construction loans from the FDIC to private investors.
 
Tom will be married 33 years this August to his wife, Allison, he has two great kids; Morgan and Ben.  Morgan, 24, is a Princeton graduate and works for Wells Fargo in San Francisco in their FX Securities Group and Ben (21) is a Junior at Stanford, is a 2016 Olympian, and member of the USA Men’s Water Polo Team.
