Prakash is a Director in PwC’s Financial Markets practice with over 16 years of experience specializing in financial risk management and complex structured product and derivative valuation. His experience has provided for extensive exposure to valuation methodologies and fair value considerations among major market participants.
Prakash is a founding member of PwC’s global Reference Rate Reform working group, bringing together the firm’s insights working with clients across the network with respect to IBOR and Reference Rate Reform programs. He is currently assisting a number of financial services institutions in their LIBOR transition efforts including executing business unit impact assessments, assessing considerations for new reference rate debt issuances and product level scenario analyses. He has also authored numerous PwC thought leadership pieces related to LIBOR transition and reference rate reform
Prior to joining PwC, Prakash was in the Global Structured Credit Products Group at a large investment bank, focused on the origination and trading of Collateralized Debt Obligations.
