Jerry Fang is a Senior Director within the Asia-Pacific Structured Finance Ratings group at S&P Global Ratings. Based in Hong Kong, Jerry is responsible for the credit evaluation of structured finance transactions across Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan) with a strong focus on China and Hong Kong.
Before re-joining S&P Global Ratings in 2015, Jerry worked for three years as a director at Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. in the Credit Management department. Jerry led the team in the Asia-Pacific Center of Excellence that analyzed and monitored the credit profiles of top customers and transactions.
Prior to joining Huawei and from 2001, Jerry worked at S&P Global Ratings and its subsidiary Taiwan Ratings Corp. in various analytical positions covering structured finance, and corporate analysis. He also gained experience in credit analysis, lending, treasury management from his tenure at several financial institutions and companies in Taiwan.
Jerry holds a B.B.A. degree from National Taiwan University and an M.B.A. degree from Stern Business School of New York University.
