As President of Conrex, Scott provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for more than 180 employees managing over 10,000 properties across twenty markets. By continually strengthening the Conrex culture and fostering a climate of continual improvement, Scott ensures strong operational performance and facilitates strategic growth. Before becoming president, Scott served as the COO for Conrex. Prior to Conrex, Scott served in the U.S. Army. He is the former Executive Director and current Board Member for a 501(c)3, the Green Beret Project, which conducts life-on-life mentoring for high-risk youth living in areas of concentrated poverty.
