Jennifer joined Park Avenue Properties as a Property Manager in June 2007. After helping the firm grow their property management business, Jennifer was promoted to Sales Manager of the Property Management Division in 2008 and to Vice President of the firm in 2014. With her continued hard work, Jennifer was ultimately promoted to Executive Vice President with direct oversight of all areas of the firm’s business.
Jennifer has served in leadership roles for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) including; the Charlotte Regional Board as Treasurer, Vice President and three terms as President. Currently, Jennifer serves on multiple National NARPM committees including Vice Chair of Member Services, Government Affairs and Conference Committee. Jennifer serves on the NC Association of Realtors Board of Governors Chair of the Property Management Division, she also Co-Chairs the education committee of NC Association of Realtors Property Management Division and serves on the NC Association of Realtors Forms Revision Committee and Designation Task Force Committee. Jennifer serves on the NC Legislative Committee and others including the Housing Opportunity Foundation, Government Affairs Committee and Professional Standards. In 2019, Jennifer was asked to serve on the Editorial Board for REI INK Magazine, an industry publication where information is shared by Real Estate ad Property Management Industry top leaders and influencers.
Besides serving in several areas related to the industry, Jennifer is also very active in serving within her community. Jennifer serves on the Board of the Lauren Kimsey Synovial Sarcoma Foundation, is a past Board member for the Lotta Foundation (a non-profit organization providing meals, coats and toys for the less fortunate) and icurrently volunteers with their Cause Committee and she also works with See Her Lead a non-profit that serves as a mentorship for teenage girls. Jennifer has received the distinguished NARPM Residential Management Professional (RMP) and Master Property Manager (MPM) designations and in 2020 was recognized as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women from the Mecklenburg Times.
