Dominika Rosolowska

Dominika Rosolowska is part of EIB’s Sustainability Funding Team responsible for issuance of climate and sustainability bonds across all currencies. She has been with the EIB since 2010, previously in a funding officer role at the Americas, Asia and Pacific funding desk.
Beyond issuance, Dominika has been part of EIB’s broad market and policy engagement. This includes initiatives such as development (in cooperation with EIB’s energy and climate engineers and economists) of the Bank’s first green bond impact report, as well as of the IFI Green Bond Impact Reporting Harmonization Framework (2015-2016). In 2017 and 2018, Dominika co-authored two White Papers on the need for a common language in green finance, published jointly by the EIB and Green Finance Committee of China Society for Finance and Banking. Presently, Dominika contributes to the Technical Expert Group on Sustainable Finance of the European Commission within the context of the EU Action Plan for financing sustainable growth and the European Green Deal.
Dominika holds a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University, while she has completed parts of her studies in Vienna and Amsterdam. More recently, she has attended specialised courses in the fields of climate, energy policy and law at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (UNEP Collaborating Centre for Climate & Sustainable Energy Finance), as well as European University Institute.
