Henchman LeMaistre
Co-Founder & CEO
Picket Homes

Henchman LeMaistre has spent a decade and a half reshaping the residential real estate
industry. Before becoming CEO of Picket Homes and its subsidiaries, Inertia Realty Services
and ElaraOne (“Elara”) Home Management, Hench co-founded PR3 after serving as Chief Operations Officer of Progress Residential from 2015 to 2018. Prior to his leadership role at Progress Residential, Hench was co-founder and Executive Vice President of Operations for Colony American Homes. He then served as President of Carrington from January 2010 through 2011. Earlier in his career, Hench worked at Investors Bank and Trust (IBT) from 2001 to 2004 and
held several roles, including senior trader, while helping build the company’s broker-dealer.
