Eric Hudson is a Senior Managing Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA), with a focus on CLOs, CDOs, and warehouse financing transactions. Eric joined KBRA after 11 years at Standard & Poor’s (now S&P Global Ratings), where he held various roles within the company’s structured finance ratings practice. Most recently, he was a senior director and analytical manager for S&P’s U.S. Structured Credit Group, where he led the team that was responsible for assigning ratings to all newly-issued CLO and CDO transactions. In addition to managing a multiregional team of analysts, Eric served as the face of S&P’s CLO team, leading outreach efforts among arrangers and collateral managers, hosting various investor roundtable events, and serving as a speaker at numerous industry conferences. Previously, Eric served as a primary rating analyst on numerous structured credit transactions, including CLOs, timeshare securitizations, and leveraged fund transactions. Before joining S&P, Eric held positions within the assurance and structured finance practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York. Eric holds a B.S. in accounting and an MBA in finance and accounting from Fairfield University. He also earned his CPA license in the state of New York.
