Ron is a partner in the Real Estate Services Group at WeiserMazars. Ron brings more than 20 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to the real estate industry based primarily in the New York metropolitan area. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of affordable housing development and compliance, and the financial and tax issues confronting the real estate industry. Areas of key focus include the performance of attestation engagements, compliance, due diligence, and cost certifications for residential real estate entities. Prior to joining WeiserMazars, Ron spent many years with Rubin & Katz before merging with WeiserMazars in 2004. Ron received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from CUNY Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Real Estate Board of New York. Most recently, Ron has lent his real estate expertise to several speaking engagements, moderating multi-family/residential panels for some of the industry’s top conferences and summits.
