Mr. Jackowitz is the Senior Vice President, Capital Markets at Paramount Group, Inc. He has approximately 18 years of experience in a wide array of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, fund formation and workouts. Mr. Jackowitz began his career in 2001 in the Real Estate Department at Skadden. At Skadden, he represented institutional lenders, governmental agencies and public and private companies in all aspects of their commercial real estate and corporate transactions. In 2006, he started his own real estate law practice in New York, representing real estate operating companies, hotel owners and high net worth individuals in various commercial real estate endeavors. In 2012, Mr. Jackowitz joined the Real Estate Department at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. At Willkie, he represented institutional real estate companies in a range of commercial real estate transactions, including representation of Paramount in connection with its IPO.
Mr. Jackowitz graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Economics. Mr. Jackowitz received his Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
