Director of Institutional Real Estate Advisory Services
Paige Mueller is Director of Institutional Advisory Services at RCLCO, a consulting firm that assists pension funds and other real estate owners in developing and implementing real estate portfolio strategies, including investment underwriting and manager selections, portfolio policy, structuring and risk analysis, long-term planning, asset management, and market analysis. Previous to joining RCLCO, she was a Senior Vice President at GIC Real Estate, one of the largest sovereign wealth firms in the world, working on both investment analyses in North and South America as well as global real estate portfolio strategy. She was earlier at LaSalle Investment Management, where she provided support for investment, brokerage, REIT, and site selection teams.
She graduated with an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and is a frequent publisher and speaker. She has published articles in the Journal of Real Estate Research, Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, Urban Land Institute, and Building Owners and Managers Association, and has presented to organizations such as PREA, NCREIF and ULI among others. She has been a co-author and co-instructor of classes for the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives, and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and received a manuscript award from the Journal of Real Estate Research as well as recognition as a Hoyt Fellow. She is a Vice Chair of Membership for the ULI Global Exchange Council, Board member of the Real Estate Research Institute, NCREIF Research Committee member, and PREA Fund Fee Study Committee member.
