Thomas (Tom) Nowak is a Managing Director in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's market-leading Real Estate Syndicated Finance business. In this capacity he is responsible for leading the structuring, syndicate, distribution and execution of broadly syndicated debt facilities for primarily real estate focused clients.

Clients include opportunity funds, public pension funds and institutionally-sponsored entities as well as REITs, REOCs, specialty-finance REITs, lodging companies and national
homebuilders. In total, the Firm counts over 1500 companies in North America and Europe among its Real Estate clients.

Mr. Nowak has 18 years of real estate finance experience in structuring, syndication and execution of debt transactions across all levels of the capital structure. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Nowak worked in real estate investment banking as well as financial and economic consulting.

Tom holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BBA in Finance) and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (MBA in Finance and Accounting).
